Certification of goods in Europe
Products delivered to European Union markets, must comply with the applicable EU quality standards and be safe for consumers, animals, property and the environment. In order to confirm compliance with minimum safety standards on the territory of 28 countries of the European Union, as well as in Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein and Turkey apply the CE marking of goods.
CE (Conformité Européenne) mark, or “European conformity” – a special sign, applied to the product, confirming that the products applicable European Directives and harmonized standards of technical regulation in the EU, indicating that the products have passed the certification procedure or declaration for the European market.
Today, CE Certification is the only compulsory certification procedure in the European Union, confirming the compliance of products with European quality standards and providing access to the European market. This CE marking of goods can not be used in advertising or marketing purposes or to apply voluntarily for the goods for which this type of certification is not provided. For these purposes, you can use national standards for voluntary certification, such as the German mark GS (tested safety), significantly increase consumer confidence in the product.

CE certification procedure
CE marking is the CE logo on the product so as to be clearly visible and indelible. In that case, if the certification was involved in a notified laboratory, its number is indicated next to the CE mark. Character size should be at least 5 mm maintaining the sign of proportions.
In the event that it is impossible to apply the marking on the product itself, it is applied to the packaging or accompanying documents such as instructions for use.

Certification of goods in Asia
